On Thursday, December 12, KIHASA received Science and ICT Minister's Award at the "Digital Service Summit 2024." This event serves as a platform to showcase and share outstanding digital services and their adoption cases that lead public innovation. It is hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the National Information Society Agency.

KIHASA developed the KIHASA Chatbot while participating in the 2024 Digital Service Utilization and Expansion Support Project led by the NIA. This chatbot makes effective use of the institute's internal database to enhance productivity in research administration and accelerate digital transformation. This achievement was recognized at the Summit.
