Transcript
There are two types of daycare centers that provide care for children with disabilities in accordance with the relevant laws: Special Daycare Centers for Children with Disabilities and Inclusive Childcare Centers. The Special Daycare Center for Children with Disabilities is required to retain a minimum of 12 children with disabilities in its care, including at least 9 preschool children. The Inclusive Childcare Center is required to accommodate both children with and without disabilities, with up to 20% of its placement capacity set aside for a special-needs class of disabled children or at least three preschool children with disabilities.
